Carunetの使い方とお問い合わせ
お困りのことがあれば、support@carunet.comへご連絡ください。アプリの「設定」→「お問い合わせ」からもメールを作成できます。
問題が起きた操作、端末名、iOSのバージョン、Carunetのバージョンを添えてください。Carunetのバージョンは設定画面の下部に表示されます。パスワードやカード番号を送る必要はありません。
Proの購入を復元する
購入時と同じApple AccountでApp Storeにサインインし、Carunetも購入時のアカウントで開いてください。Proの購入画面にある購入復元を使います。Proを利用中の場合は、「設定」→自分のアカウント→「サブスクリプションを管理」からも確認できます。
サブスクリプションを解約する
iPhoneの「設定」→自分の名前→「サブスクリプション」→「Carunet」から解約できます。詳しくはAppleの解約手順をご覧ください。アプリを削除したりCarunetから退会したりしても、自動更新は止まりません。
返金の申請はAppleの返金手順をご確認ください。
記録を書き出す
Carunetの「設定」→「データの書き出し」で、ランの記録をCSV、またはランとシューズの記録をJSONで保存できます。
アカウントを削除する
Carunetの「設定」で自分のアカウントを開き、「アカウントを削除」を選びます。必要な記録は先に書き出してください。退会してもAppleのヘルスケアにある記録は削除されません。Proの自動更新は別途解約してください。

Help with Carunet
Contact support@carunet.com for help. You can also start an email from Settings → Contact support in Carunet.
Include what you were doing, your device model, iOS version and Carunet version. The app version appears at the bottom of Settings. You do not need to send passwords or payment card details.
Restore a Pro purchase
Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for your purchase, and use the same Carunet account you used when purchasing. Open the Pro purchase screen and use its restore option. If Pro is already active, you can also open Settings → your account → Manage subscription.
Cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Carunet to cancel. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app or your Carunet account does not cancel automatic renewal.
For refund requests, follow Apple’s refund instructions.
Export your records
In Carunet, open Settings → Export data. Choose CSV for your runs, or JSON for your runs and shoes.
Delete your account
In Carunet Settings, open your account and choose Delete account. Export any records you want to keep first. Account deletion does not remove records from Apple Health. Cancel your Pro subscription separately to stop renewal.
